By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect address

  • Delivery delays within estimated time

Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion.

Returns (Strict Conditions)

A return may be considered only if ALL apply:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item unused, unopened, factory sealed

  • Photo proof required before return (seal intact, packaging undamaged)

  • Written authorization required

Unauthorized or non-compliant returns are refused.

Refunds

  • Issued only after inspection of the returned item

  • No refunds before receipt

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days

Non-Refundable

No refunds for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Late or unauthorized returns

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Minor packaging issues

  • Claims without clear proof

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Late or unsupported claims are denied.

Chargebacks

Unjustified disputes may result in evidence submission and purchase ban.
